"Varsity Park" is a wonderful neighborhood in Mountain View on the Los Altos border, walking distance from both downtown Mountain View and downtown Los Altos (1.5 miles either way). It is also just a walk or bike ride away from the larger and busier Cuesta Park, YMCA, El Camino Hospital, and multiple school grounds and playing fields. The home is clean, bright, and tastefully decorated and furnished, including kitchenware, linens and towels if needed. It has a 55" Samsung TV to enjoy from the feather down sectional. The primary bedroom also has its own 42" TV. Another bedroom and the kitchen also have flat screen TVs as shown. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils, has tons of storage too, and a butcher block island. The stove is electric with a flat ceramic top, and a stainless steel fridge and new KitchenAid dishwasher. Behind a sliding privacy door, is a dedicated office nook with built-in storage/desk and direct Cat5 wiring to the internet router. There is a door directly to the outside from this office nook, and window for natural light. All the rooms have hard wired ethernet ports. The entire home has dedicated wifi with the "boost" plan for your faster speeds. THREE BEDROOMS: -The primary bedroom has a California King bed. This bedroom has a TV. -One small bedroom contains a "full"-sized bed that can sleep 1-2, and has a TV. -The other small bedroom has a twin bed plus a twin trundle (trundle is a latex mattress) that rolls out, thus sleeping 1-2 on twin beds. No TV in this bedroom. The maximum headcount is 6 total, with max 4 adults and no animals. There are two full bathrooms - one with a soaking tub in the main hallway, and another full bathroom tucked privately behind the kitchen with a "small" shower/tub measuring 24"x36." Note all 3 bedrooms share the 2 full baths - there is not a bathroom "inside" of the primary bedroom. Floor to ceiling windows along the back of the house bring nature in, enjoy our mature plantings and the hummingbirds drinking honeysuckle nectar from our vines. The driveway has a full wooden gate on wheels, and the property is fully fenced, for safe play for little ones. The driveway is also painted and clean, and my own kids loved biking and skating on it, as well as chalk art. We have installed artificial turf in front and turf/bark in back. Owner pays for yard maintenance. There is a utilities deposit to reimburse extraordinary (above historical average) utilities use by renter. It will be replenished as it is used up. This allows you to use as much or as little of the a/c, heat, water, gas fireplace, car charging etc, and pay according to your personal use preferences. A full sized washer and dryer are in the garage for your use. The dryer has an attached steaming cabinet to serve as an alternative to dry cleaning. There's also a full sized extra fridge/freezer in the garage for your Costco runs! This home has central air conditioning for any hot summer days, which are not that many because solar attic fans keep the cool. This is one of those neighborhoods where you can take a leisurely walk in the evening with your hot mug or tasty cold beverage, and breathe in the sweet air from jasmine blooming.
