The perfect post-camping retreat! We stayed here after a week of camping in the national parks, and it was exactly what we needed. The place was absolutely spotless and fully loaded with amenities. We especially loved the kitchen, which was extremely well-equipped with all the utensils and extra touches you could want.Stargazing from the hot tub was a massive hit for the whole group (and yes, we definitely took advantage of watching some Netflix from the tub, too!). Our host, Fielding, was wonderful and dropped by to check on us and even brought extra firewood. 10/10 recommend this amazing spot!

This is the best Vrbo I have experienced.; there's not even a close second. Absolutely stunning views, immaculately clean house, fully appointed. The hosts have anticipated anything you might need. And the hot tub made for the perfect recovery after each day hiking in Zion. The host personally checked in to make sure I had everything I needed and recommended a wonderful local hike.Every future visit to Zion, I will be checking to see if this property is available.

The host lives on the adjacent property and greeted us when we arrived. He is warm, welcoming, and provided fresh milk, eggs, and artisan cheese from Finney Farm just down the road. We spent a week hiking southern Utah. Water Canyon is a 5 min drive and was our first hike. Zion is approximately 45 min, Bryce is 1.5 hours, North Rim is 1.5 hours. Times vary with traffic but we got lost in the scenery and time passed quickly. Hildale/Colorado City may seem remote but it’s close to everything you need. Bee’s Market has a great grocery store, coffee shop, and fast food (Arctic Blast I think) in one shopping center. The cabin is clean, very well equipped with a well stocked kitchen (utensils, pots, pans, spices, coffee), smart TV with several subscription services included, 2 more tvs outside, a very relaxing hot tub, and an amazing view of the sky. Some reviewers mentioned the local area was sketchy but it is rural and Utah is a different place. A million dollar home will be next to an RV in some places. Don’t be discouraged! Zions Edge is a great property and the hosts are great folks. Thank you to the Barlow family for making this a special stay for our family. It was an amazing week and you made the place feel like home to us.

Very nice set up. You have two full beds. One for each BR. Anyone else will be on the couch or a cot. He has 4 cots available. One hour to Zion.The host is very professional. The full kitchen along with a washer and dryer came in very handy. The cabin has a spacious kitchen and living area. My kids liked the hot tub and stars at night. Very clean. Not much around town, but if your there for Zion you’ll have plenty of options. Good value.
