When you walk in, you'll be in the entry vestibule, and immediately see the spacious living room with fireplace, and the dining area and fully equipped kitchen just beyond. Almost immediately to your right is the entrance to the 2nd bedroom and bathroom. Walking toward the kitchen, you'll see access to the master suite area off the dining area, and the back door that leads you to the private patio area is to the left from the dining. AMENITIES are listed, but we are most proud of a few healthy features worth mentioning here: 1- We've been treating guests for over 2 years with luxury hybrid (natural latex/cotton encased coils) queen mattresses, and we've gotten a lot of positive feedback about their comfort! We cover mattress/pillows in allergy waterproof encasements, further cover with a luxury organic bamboo bed cover, then luxuriously soft microfiber sheets and pillow cases, an all cotton blanket, and top it off with lightweight quilts! Linens feature Oeko-Tex or Organic certified - all washed in Seventh Generation Laundry Detergent......all to keep you sleeping healthy and happy! 2- Showers are equipped with Aquabliss SF100 filter to reduce chlorine and other impurities, and a PEVA shower curtain/liners for your tub - the healthiest waterproof material that has no chemical smell! 3- We provide an assortment of coffees and teas, which may include organic, fair trade, compostable and recyclable - as well as organic teas! Equipped with a Keurig K-Supreme Smart Single Serve Coffee Brewer, and glass mugs containing no toxic lead or other impurities! ACCESS You'll have access to the entire condo, which includes 2 queen bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large kitchen area, living room, and back covered patio. OTHER DETAILS This listing is for the entire 2-bedroom condo, located in a quiet area, but close to many locations in town (ECU Medical 4 miles, ECU 3 miles, Greenville Convention Center 3 miles). Perfect for a traveling couple, family, traveling nurse(s) needing a quiet place to sleep, or just a place to yourselves! We use Seventh Generation disinfecting products/ laundry/soaps for cleaning your space and for your use. All mattresses and pillows are covered with allergen covers, and are washed along with linens between EVERY guest. Organic coffees, teas, plus bottled waters finish out your healthy space. Enjoy! :) We also ask guests to abide by a "no fragrance" rule, where we ask that they use the soaps, cleaners, and laundry detergents provided, and that you apply perfumes, colognes, body sprays, etc off premises. We appreciate that consideration, so we can keep your space healthy, clean and as allergen free as possible for all guests! :) INTERACTION WITH GUESTS Since we don't live in the unit, we are not readily available in person; however, in some urgent situations, we are about 10 minutes from the unit, so in most cases can be available in person if needed :) We mainly communicate with guests through messaging here on Airbnb, but can talk/text by phone if a guest prefers. Also, my son and I are co-hosts, so we can accommodate requests for female or male contact only :)
