Everything was great. Friendly staff, clean, modern, spacious rooms. Pillows too big though. I went and bought my own for $10. Breakfast very good. About 5-10 minutes to ECU and everything else.
Big pillows. Not enough parking one busy night.

The dog room on the first floor has two bed that slope downward. They need to be updated.

Location was great! The room was spacious and bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was decent.
Need to check their plumbing issues. The first room we were in had bad plumbing. The toilet flooded the floor right before my shower! We had to move to another room.

I like the location & attentive nature of the front desk personnel. The room was decent in size & clean upon arrival.
This wasn’t my first time staying in a hotel. The previous hotels I’ve stayed at, my room was turned (bed made, drinking cups, towels replenished & commode cleaned) daily. The stay at this Best Western, none of the above was done. This was the hotel experience I have ever had.
