The first night was terrible. The sheets smelled of smoke. I asked the housekeeper to change them the next morning. Besides that, it was okay. It is a motel so that was what it was.

I usually don’t choose this kind of hotel for safety reasons. It is a motor lodge type. But all went well. The staff is excellent and friendly. The motel was being refurbished. Our room was clean and had been refurbished.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived and the entire hotel was locked. We waited over 30 minutes for the front desk person to return - other guests were waiting too. The front desk person had left the property!! The rooms are also ALL motel style, with exterior doors facing the parking lot, street, etc. and it did not say that in the description. The room itself was somewhat updated & clean.

The night clerk there she was very rude to me and would not accept my reservation through Expedia because I had a local address and she couldn't rent me a room because I had a Greenville address which is completely BS so you know I had to turn around and leave and had to go through an act of Congress to get my money refunded from Expedia so if you walk in and pay the $100 deposit they want and pay the rate that they want without going through one of these travel sites I'm sure you'll get treated good otherwise there's no telling

I did not stay at this hotel! The reservation was made in error and i could not get it cancelled, even after calling the hotel directly. I was traveling to Greenville SC where i did stay but the reservation went to Greenville NC. the mistake was caught within an hour but the room was a non refundable room. The hotel would only tell me to talk to the third party, would not work with me at all. Opportunistic gouging. the hotel has to give permission to third party before a refund will be given, couldn't get that. It will not be forgotten, and quality inn is no longer a place I will do business with.

Gave me a smoking room at check in and I did not know it until I opened the door and the smell was so bad. There were also roaches in the room crawling on the wall

Property is old. Bathroom had rust everywhere. The curtain needed to be changed. They were falling off the rods. Also ordered a non smoking room and got a smoking room. We reeked of smoke. Flooring is vinyl plank with no rugs and it was swept but not wiped. Bed was made and looked clean but you could tell the coverlet hasn’t been washed in a while. The pillows were also half sized which were very odd. Tv remote had tape holding it together. Room had microwave, mini fridge that made a noise all night no one could sleep. The AC unit worked but was soo loud you could tell it needed servicing. We arrived in the night for check in and wasn’t allowed in the lobby. You had to check in at the window.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay for the price. This is our 2nd time staying here. The staff Annanette was Awesome. The only complaint is the floors were not clean as expected. The bathroom needs to be painted.

They were able to help me. I had to cancel a hotel somewheres else that was nasty.. And they were able to help me. Their place was very clean. The staff was very nice and every morning when I will go out they were do you need anything for your room? The breakfast was good too. They were a Plus and a room smelled real good too and the rooms were very clean.

I read earlier reviews and cannot understand bad reviews of this property. Is it a 5 star facility? No, but you’re not paying for 5 star. This property is very fairly priced and they even throw in a decent breakfast. Happy traveler!!!

First room had an overwhelming mildew smell. Front desk wouldn't talk to me about changing rooms because the reservation was in my girlfriend's name, even though the same person had checked us in together. So I fetched my girlfriend to make the same request and they gave us a new room that smelled like cigarettes, which we just delt with. The sheets were stained and the pillow gave me some kind of contact dermatits on the side of my face that slept on it.

The only thing I did not like was the tub, because it has a curve to it which made it hard on the ankles and in my opinion a little dangerous for older people. Also the pillows, no support of any kind. Other than that it was great!

We booked 2 queens with sleeper sofa for 2 nights. however, they only have a sofa bed in the Kingbed Rooms. But on their homepage it says there is one in the room description (not divided into queen and king). Hotel.com also says there is one. It took a lot of time and phone calls to allow us an early check out the 2nd night. The pictures on the homepage look nicer and newer than it really is, but everything would have been ok.

The entire experience was really wonderful. I had a problem with the place I originally schedule to stay with and your front desk woman was so helpful and understanding. I am disabled and my room had everything I needed. The hot breakfast was as good as always, too. I don't know why i didn't choose Quality Inn in the first place because I almost always have a great experience with them. I won't make that mistake again!!
