Or stay was not pleasant but the location was perfect for our event.

N/A: Breakfast was not provided at this location. The location of this facility was convenient to the event we were attending in Greenville.

We had a few incidents that were extremely in-hospitable. After our 1st night, an attendant came to our room asking us to check out. We explained that we paid for 2 nights and that the name she referencing was not ours. The attendant did apologize after another attendant explained the error to her but the episode upset our elderly mother who is still discussing the incident. The same day, after returning from our event at around 7pm, a separate attendant refused to give us clean towels. He said the hotel did not provide towels after a certain hour. We explained that the earlier attendant took our dirty towels and assured us that we would have clean ones by the time we returned from our event. He then gave us 2 towels and said it was hotel policy that they could not provide more than that, per room. There were 4 adults in our room. In addition to these incidents, our door and security latch was broken, there were black bugs in the bathroom and there were spots and burns on the sheets and comforters.

It was awful, I would sleep in my car before I would stay there again!

furniture was beat up. blanket had holes in it. people next door had kids that ran up and down outside of our room, yelling. No tv remote, toilet was stopped up. it was the worst hotel room I’ve EVER stayed in! And worst of all, I didn’t feel safe!

I will never stay at this Red Roof Inn ever

1 set of towels No Blanket on bed just 2 sheets no pillows Running late for check out the manager stated get out my hotel in 5mins or I will call the POLICE it was 1130am this was not called for. I was so upset I got dress outside in my truck

Dirty exteriir, checkin through bullet proof glass, peeling paint on exterior doirs, missing room numbers, holes in walls, broken tv remite, sloppy repairs, briken drawer handles, cugarette burns on sink if no smokung room....

Should have found another hotel

There was no breakfast/food unless we bought it

sheets/comforters stained and masty, towels were stained and nasty, no extra clean towels in the office, room had holes and painting about to gall of the wall hanging out by a nail, no cups or bags for ice bucket. Water smelled funny, it was comlarae to a $39/night motel

I ordered 2 rooms and 7 ppl. 2 towels 2 washcloths per room. One room had bedspreads, and mine did not. When I asked for bedspreads, I was told there were none, and they are phasing them out. On the inside doors, there was a latch, but nothing to attach it to for safety . Lighting bad. Cigarette burns on tub. Mattresses stained and nasty.

Wouldn’t stay again , waste of money.

The bed was leaning on one side and made noises every time we moved, the lock on the door was broke, took us awhile to lock it, the bathroom light wouldn’t turn off. The room smelled like cigarettes and the covers had burn holes, tv remote barely worked , the outlets by the bed didn’t work. Our check in time was 1:00 pm, they didn’t have a room cleaned and ready, told us to come back at 3. came back & still wasn’t ready, waited until almost 4. and the same night, housekeeping just barged in without knocking or anything.
