• Standard Check-In & Check-Out Times: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is strictly 10:00 AM.

• Home Week Check-In Day: Sunday.

• Minimum Check-In Age: Primary registering guest must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued photo ID.

• Short Stay Fee Notice: A mandatory $85.00 USD short-stay fee (plus applicable taxes) applies to all reservations of three (3) nights or fewer, payable upon check-out.

• Optional Daily Housekeeping: Available for $85.00 USD per day plus taxes.

• Security Deposit / Pre-Authorization: Valid credit card required at check-in and will be authorized for full room charges plus a $100.00 USD per night incidental hold.

• Parking Details: Self-parking at LAZ Parking (9 W 57th St) is $45/day; Valet parking is $70/day ($10/day SUV surcharge applies to both). Note: Valet is unavailable 4:00 PM–7:00 PM daily due to loading zone bus lane restrictions.

• Late Arrival / No-Show Policy: Guests arriving after midnight must notify the front desk in advance to avoid reservation cancellation and no-show status.

• Early / Late Checkout Fees: Early checkout assesses a 1-night room rate plus tax fee. Late checkout is subject to availability ($150 fee from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM; 100% room rate after 2:00 PM).

House Rules / Policies

• 100% Smoke-Free Property: Non-smoking in all guest suites and public indoor spaces. A fee of up to $500 USD will be assessed for smoking in rooms.

• Strictly No Pets: Pets are not permitted on property grounds.

• Bicycle Policy: Bicycles are strictly prohibited in the lobby or inside guest units. No bicycle storage is available on-site.

Important Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
