Stepping down to concrete floors which flow past a gourmet kitchen featuring double-glazed cafe windows which open into a grape vine covered Atrium, hence the name. Spacious dining room, sunken lounge and spacious second living area are all surrounded by picture windows overlooking a native inspired garden. Central laundry with washing facilities complete inside. Parking is via a remote opening roller door accessed from Trenerry Crescent. Luxurious features include ducted heating/cooling in the rear living/ dining areas and hydronic heating in the bedrooms. This stunning property is conveniently located near parks and the Yarra River. The home accommodates six guests in three bedrooms with open-plan living and dining spaces, two bathrooms, laundry facilities and parking for one car.
