Our group of 14 people absolutely loved pelican Bay Villa!! Our property was beautiful and as advertised. We loved that it was on a beautiful golf course in Tulum country club. We had a private chef cook breakfast for us for most of our stay and it was delicious. Our communication with the host was exceptional and we cannot say enough positive things about Leandro! He made sure that we had everything we needed, and when we needed it! We cannot say enough good things about our 10 day vacation And highly recommend This villa to anyone wanting a beautiful place to stay with excellent service. We will definitely come back in the future!

Overall, the house was decent especially for a large group and at the price. The house lacked nothing and the spaces were well equipped with everything we needed. The house needs a good deal of repairs and upgrades but overall a solid property for those who may want to take in a few days of golf.
The neighborhood offered a lot of amenities, to include restaurants, a gym and Kay Beach! That was extremely helpful as you're going to be about 20 minutes from central Tulum and up to 40 from beachside restaurants and beach clubs.
Communication was awesome with Leandro. He helped us planned out a few activities and was very timely in responding to any question we had.

The villa is run down - as we expected from previous reviews, but I think it's reasonably priced considering when it's a large group. I'm not sure the pool area is safe, or how clean the kitchen is but we had a nice time. Leo was really lovely and it gets the stars because of him. It's a shame the owners don't invest in fixing things up and investing in it because it has a lot of potential.
