Like the property stated it was a cute house, cute for a small family. You might have to park on the road, as we did the second night. Driveway is a little rough! A very cute neighborhood. We were able to walk when we got there, after a long day of being on the road, we walked nearby, easy walk, to a Cute little mom and pop bar/restaurants area. Great Derby location. Very good communication with the host.

The host was very kind, accommodated last-minute changes and was super fast at replying to my queries. The home was clean and the decor was inviting. Temperature control was up to us thought the host kindly got the temp regulated for us before our arrival.I would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our needs. Great location!! Moe was very responsive to our needs. There was a major snowstorm and her persisted until someone came and cleared the driveway.
