Walk 0.5 miles to the Squamside Beach Bar or Walter's Basin restaurant. 200 yards away is The Ice House Creamery with home made ice cream. 1 mile away you can see bears, bobcats & mountain lions at the Squam Lakes Science Center. A perfect place for your family to enjoy Squam Lake! Our septic systems are fragile so PLEASE do not flush anything that is not toilet paper, even if it says flushable.
