Garden with patio and barbecue. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. . This charming detached 17th-century Cotswold mill is nestled in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offering a picturesque setting alongside a tranquil stream within the beautiful grounds of the owner’s residence. Accommodating up to four guests, it is ideal for couples and friends alike. Capp Mill features a spacious garden and a streamside patio. Capp Mill boasts open stonework, elm beams, and delightful furnishings, creating an inviting retreat. On the ground floor, you are greeted by the original Cotswold flagstones, leading through to a fully equipped bathroom with an over-bath shower and toilet. The master bedroom also resides on the ground floor, with a kingsize bed. The staircase leads up to the first floor, cosy yet spacious this open-plan beamed room includes a dining area, along with a comfortable sitting area that features a smart TV for all your multi-media needs as well as an inglenook and a wood-burning stove, perfect for those chillier evenings. A U-shaped kitchenette adds to the sociable aspect of the first floor, making it the hub of the cottage. Ascend to the second floor, where you will find a spacious landing and twin room, again beautifully adorned with pitched beamed ceilings. Outside the substantial grounds provide a tranquil space to unwind during the spring-summer months, there is a seating area overlooking the stream, rather idyllic when dining alfresco or having your morning coffee at dawn. Situated in the serene valley below historic Painswick, this exclusive holiday home is easily accessible to Cheltenham Racecourse, Bath, and Stratford, with village shops just a short distance away.
