Kalia Tower is a high-rise structure located within Hilton Hawaiian Village near Waikiki Beach, but it is not an oceanfront building.
Kalia Tower check-in is available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Outside these hours, check-in is at the Grand Waikikian lobby at the corner of Kahanamoku Street and Ala Moana Boulevard.
The Arrival & Departure Lounge is located on the 8th floor of the Grand Waikikian and is open daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
The Arrival & Departure Lounge provides a convenient place to relax, take a refreshing shower, and store luggage before check-in or after check-out.
Late arrivals anticipated after midnight must contact the resort front desk to avoid cancellation as a no-show.
A $250 incidentals deposit is required at check-in.
Hawaii lodging tax applies.
Self-parking is $69 plus tax per day.
Valet parking is $89 plus tax per day.
Oversized vehicles are charged $110 plus tax per day.
Parking fees are subject to change and availability.
Shared laundry facilities are available on each floor.
Beach activities, watercraft rentals, spa services, and certain resort experiences may require additional fees.

Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.
The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $250 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. I originally planned to stay at Kalia Tower, but about a month before my trip, I received a message asking if I would be interested in changing my reservation to Lagoon Tower. I accepted the offer and changed my stay to Lagoon Tower.The room was a studio on the 20th floor with a great view of Diamond Head. Although there was no lanai (balcony), the room had two double beds and a mini kitchen, which was very convenient. For stays of five nights or more, housekeeping was provided once, and there was a laundry room on each floor.The location was excellent, and I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
