I think the best way to summarize this place was my friend pulling up VRBO and trying to book a second night while we were chilling in the hot tub. It's a great spot.

Pros: clean property, plenty of roomCons: 10 miles south of Moab. Not a problem but if you run to Moab just beware. No laundry in property but a laundromat below. We came from another park to here so cost us 40 to wash our clothes.But a nice place. I recommend and would stay here again.

Our stay at Vizcaya#6 was very nice. The building seems new and overall very clean. The managers were extremely (same day) responsive. The building was quiet during the night and fairly quiet during the day. I think it was quieter than staying in the city of Moab would have been.Two minor issues: first, the building is in an industrial business area, not a residential area. Not a big deal, but it seemed a bit odd as we were pulling up. And the beautiful views of the mountains unfortunately have the view of the industrial businesses in the foreground. Second issue is that recycling isn't offered as an option and I think that is a shame.Overall a very nice stay.

The host was very responsive and helpful and the place was nice and clean. There was a good view of the mountains, but also of a trailer park. It was a distance from downtown Moab, so a little drive to a market for supplies and groceries.
