Guest have access to the entire home including all amenities within the home with the exception of one hallway closet used for storage. Before being able to access the property: reservation holder must provide host with a full guest- list. Any person not on the guest list will not have access to the property. The private backyard features a refreshing pool and spa, patio dinning table with seating for ten and a propane fueled barbecue great for grilling your favorite meals. Bedroom Descriptions: The Primary Suite features a King-size bed, Hisense Smart Television and access to the backyard. A rollaway bed is located in the Primary closet. The Primary Suite also features a private bathroom with a tile shower and double vanity sinks. Bedroom 2 is located next to the laundry room and features a Queen-size bed , Vizio Smart Television with XBOX gaming system and a desk with an office chair. Bedroom 3 is located next to the hallway bathroom and features a Full over Full Bunk Bed with twin Trundle and a Vizio Smart Television. A hallway bathroom is located near Bedroom 3 with a bathtub and shower combo. In addition, we also provide a starter pack of laundry pods so you are able to do laundry during your trip. We do not provide any cleaning products. PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION AND HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC: We care about maintaining a good relationship with our neighbors, so we ask that when guest are utilizing the pool area the music is kept to an acceptable volume. Playing loud-amplified music and any fines associated with excessive noise complaints are the responsibility of the guest. PARKING: Space is available for up to 4 cars, including 3 in the driveway and 1 on the street. POOL AND SPA HEAT: Pool and spa heat is not included in the total booking amount. Please reach out to host for details. AGE REQUIREMENTS: The reservation holder must be 25 years of age at time of check-in and is required to be at the property for the duration of the reservation. SECURITY CAMERAS: Video surveillance is actively recording on the property, cameras are located over the driveway. All cameras are on exterior of home. NOISE MONITORING: This Property has a smart home device that measures noise volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances. This device in no way records conversations. PETS: Small pets (dogs only) are welcome with prior host approval and fee. AC USAGE: In order to ensure no damage is caused to the AC unit, we ask that the AC temperature is not lowered any less than 74 degrees. To help keep the home cool, we suggest closing any blinds or shutters and ensuring the doors remain closed to avoid heat entering the house during the hot days. House thermostat is monitored remotely. FIRE-PIT: We do not provide supplies for fire-pit. Fire-pit must be attended at all times. Water must be available to extinguish uncontrolled flames. At the time of booking, the reservation holder agrees to the terms above.
