Urban is right on the mark. Stayed a week and while the neighborhood was quiet, watched CSI at the house across the street for a day and a half. The house is charming but no laundry for a longer stay. The yard was not enclosed fully as was expected. The random food delivery on the first day was a bit odd and was never picked up. Sat on the doorstep all week. Pet friendly but keep the leash handy when outside. Covered parking off the street was nice, especially when it rained. Overall, a relaxing week.

Great little house and awesome location. Close to pretty much everything. Sometimes the neighbors get a little rowdy but that's how it is anywhere these days.

The house was satisfactory. However, there was a strong and unpleasant animal odor. The kitchen trash can appeared to have been damaged by pets, and there was animal hair throughout the premises. The overall cleanliness of the house was not up to standard. I found it necessary to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the house before we could prepare food or use the shower facilities. Additionally, there were insects present. It also seemed that there might have been individuals residing in the basement at the rear of the house, which was not mentioned in the listing.Aspects of my stay that I found enjoyable include:* The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful.* The bed was comfortable.
