About this house rental
The 75 m² vacation home—featuring a bedroom with a double bed (1 additional guest bed can be provided), a children’s room with a bunk bed (1 additional travel crib for children, without a pillow or comforter, is also available), a bathroom, and a large, bright kitchen-living room with a sofa bed—is perfect for couples, families, and travel groups.
In the spacious bathroom, you can relax in the bathtub or enjoy a shower under the separate rain shower.
In the kitchen-living room, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect start to the day or a relaxing end to the evening. A coffee maker (coffee included), as well as salt, pepper, and oil, a kettle, microwave, induction stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher are provided.
In the morning, you can enjoy the sunrise on the loggia and the sunset on the outdoor patio.
Also included are a free parking space right next to the house, a charging station for electric cars
(45 ct/kWh), and a storage area for bicycles, strollers, and similar items. Two bicycles and a children’s bike (12") are available for use.
The vacation home is located in an idyllic setting that’s perfect for hiking and biking. There are numerous excursion options, such as the Teufelskanzel (approx. 4.5 km), the Hasenwinkel Nature Reserve (approx. 1 km), the Hanstein Castle Ruins (approx. 6.5 km), the Werratal Bike Trail, or the Green Belt (the former inner-German border).
