Everything ! The experience was great. Great value for money. Comfy, great location, sweet staff, nice bar, view, breakfast and pool. Pool is clean and I had an all over amazing experience, kept on extending.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, unlimited tea and coffee
The common room is at the very top under the roof, the shower isn't very clean, and at some point the water was turned off.

Staff really friendly and helpful with booking trips and transfers, as well as laundry. Beds also comfortable. Nice atmosphere to chill in and good location.
Wifi did not reach the dorms on 4th floor and cut out a lot. The staff mentioned an alternative wifi but that did not connect. The sun loungers and pool were also not in the sun. No toilet roll in bathroom so had to ask each time for more to be added.
