Nice location, fairly long walk to the beach with young children, yet plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The house was comfortable and well furnished, stocked with most of the things you would need for a short stay. Upstairs bedrooms were comfy.

The hot water system did not work properly, one small shower for one person seemed to be all it could deal with. We did get someone in to look at the system which improved it a little, however during the 3 night stay we had we couldn't get everyone showered. The downstairs bedroom was tight with a double bed in it with little space to hang clothes or store things like suitcases. The toaster didn't work, small problem as there was a grill but not ideal. The wifi / internet connection was erratic and usually unsuitable for streaming on the tv, while we didnt come to watch TV it would have been nice for the kids in the evening. It was very expensive I thought yet a nice homely place to be with the family.

It is not a place that has its own parking, but I knew that. I happened to be ok for unloading, parking elsewhere and also managed to park close for reloading so no real problem, but it might have been

This cottage is stunning! Very well presented and felt like a home away from home! Would recommend anyone to stay here!

I would recommend updating the outside area, it’s a lovely little area but outside furniture needs to be updated or binned because it has mould on the cushions from being kept outside. Minor things to change but I would give it a little spruce up. Also parking can be difficult in height of the season but nothing too bad
