The room is spacious and comfy with a nice view. Drinking water is available and free.
I booked 3 rooms. 2 by the pool with a kitchen and 1 by the gate without a kitchen. 2 of 3 rooms had no electric kettle and staff simply said they did not have electric kettle to provide. Listing amenities that do not exist is called false advertising. The location is in a very remote place which means it is unsafe to go out on your own in the evening. There is no staff from afternoon until the morning of the next day. They only come when someone needs someone to cook. Staff will not come in the morning if nobody asks for breakfast even if you have breakfast included in your reservation. You only have 2 choices for breakfast if it is included in your reservation. Everything else you have to pay extra. Lunch/Dinner options are very limited and overpriced for simple filipino dishes that are good for 1 person (as staff informed). In the evening, my parents staying at the room near the gate had a hard time sleeping with all the banging on the gate between 1am to 3am. The staff were quite unaccommodating when we requested an early check-out and asked if breakfast could be provided in some form. Other hotels have offered simple options such as hot water, instant coffee, and a hard-boiled egg for guests leaving early in the morning.
