Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist groß und bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Dank der großen Markise kann man sich den ganzen Tag im Freien aufhalten. Die Lage ist sehr strandnah aber direkt an der Straße.
Das Appartement ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im größeren der zwei Bäder sind Bodenfliesen locker, das Balkongeländer ist teilweise verrostet und der Tisch auf der Terrasse in seinem Korbanteil unter der Tischplatte verschlissen. Der auf einem Foto dargestellte Kaffee Vollautomat ist nicht funktionstüchtig was dem Vermieter bekannt war - eine Lösung gab es nicht. Die handelsübliche Kaffeemaschine war ebenfalls verkalkt.
Insgesamt überwiegen die Vorteile, jedoch stimmt , nach meiner Einschätzung, das Preis Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht.
Ich kann die hohen Bewertungen nicht teilen.

We enjoyed a long weekend in this very well equipped apartment. The apartment is very nicely furnished and the sea view is a joy. The host was very helpful and friendly. It is only a few minutes walk from the sea front and the restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend.

A la casa no le faltaba nada.
Pudimos aparcar el coche cerca, aunque no había mucho sitio donde aparcar.
Había muchos chiringuitos cerca.
La terraza con vistas.
Aire acondicionado.
Dos lavabos.
Espléndido sofá chaise-longue.
Rapidez en las respuestas si teníamos algún problema.
Playas no masificadas.
La cafetera eléctrica no funcionaba, pero hicimos café con la tradicional.
No podíamos cerrar la puerta del salón, así que lo solucionamos bajando las persianas.
