The house was warm, clean, well equipped and served us very well for a 3 day stay, exploring Wick and Thurso. Not having our own transport, it was good to be within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in Wick and buses and trains were about 10 minutes walk away allowing us to explore a little further afield . Zac was very easy to communicate with. Tea, coffee and some other essentials were provided.
It was sad to see so many places in Wick closing down. The house manual included a couple of eating places which no longer seem to exist, but it was good to be find some ideas. Understandably, Zac prefers food and drink to remain downstairs - we would have been even more comfortable if able to enjoy an early morning cup of tea in bed.

Argyle House in Wick was outstanding. It has been renovated to included and washer & dryer ( which was a bonus). The beds were great, shower excellent, and everything was tastefully appointed. The location is awesome and was close to the Harbour and some of the historic sights of Wick.
