Ideale per una visita a Ferrara

Molto deludente

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per tre notti e purtroppo l’esperienza è stata molto deludente. L’alloggio sembrava più uno scantinato adattato alla meglio che un mini studio: spazi molto piccoli e un generale senso di trascuratezza. La polvere era evidente su diverse superfici e oggetti appesi alle pareti, oltre che sul pavimento. La TV e il telecomando non funzionavano. Inoltre, non c’era nemmeno lo spazio per aprire una valigia di dimensioni medie: siamo stati costretti a tenerla sempre chiusa per poter camminare e persino per raggiungere il bagno, perché non c’era un minimo di spazio libero. Era presente anche un condizionatore montato molto in basso, quasi ad altezza terra, che in una stanza così piccola produceva un rumore assordante. Inoltre risultava visibilmente sporco: faccio l’installatore di questo tipo di impianti e me ne sono accorto subito dalle bocchette dell’aria, che presentavano accumuli evidenti di polvere. Anche l’accesso non è stato dei migliori: il giardino da attraversare per arrivare al portone era completamente al buio, costringendoci a usare la torcia del telefono. Inoltre, l’erba era lunga e non curata, dando un’ulteriore impressione di abbandono. Capisco che oggi si cerchi di sfruttare ogni spazio per farne una struttura ricettiva, ma a queste cifre e con questo livello di manutenzione il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero deludente.
