The beauty of the place was spoiled when basics of cleanliness were disregarded

The hotel is in a beautiful area with wildlife and with small farm animals. Nice playground with nets for kids. Good decent breakfast.

The beds were very old and covered in cheap foam. The towels had holes and yellow stains. The bathroom shower was 50% covered in black mold. The staff blamed everything on construction and was unapologetic. We waited while they changed bedding out but they left mud in the rooms as a result. They don't understand hospitality.

Resting in Vassouras.

The room was clean. TV was very fine. To wake up with the sound of birds was very good. The staff was very kind.

As in the early morning the weather was cold, we expected a hot water shower but it was not possible. Out of the room, a failed lamp makes it difficult to see the stairs at night. We think it is necessary to pay attention to the cleaning of the rear part of "fazendinha". We note some undesirable smell.

Local fantastico para crianças, tudo muito bem cuidado,lagos, gramado, fazendinha. Meu neto adorou. Recreador tio Rodrigo muito simpatico e atencioso.

Gostei do espaço, muito bonito o local.

Os edredons estavam fedendo e pela noite vimos que o lençol da cama estava com manchas de esper** e algo que parecia sangue, e nesse horário não tinha mais nenhum funcionario no local, tivemos que retirar as roupas de cama e cobrir a cama com uma toalha. E o banheiro estava com cheio de esgoto saindo pelo ralo.
