Bad place to stay. Not cleaned.

The neighborhood was fine

Wasnt cleaned when I got there - towels and trash from the previous guest, also trash from him was still there. The door lock was jammed also. Very bad staffing, only whatsapp contact.

Frustração!!!

Não foi a primeira vez em que me hospedei na acomodação, por isso escolhi retornar. Enviaram o código de acesso apenas às 14h do dia da chegada. A entrada no edifício, feita por reconhecimento facial, deixou de funcionar entre o terceiro dia da estada até o check out, obrigando-me a contactar a portaria eletrônica que muitas vezes obrigou-me a aguardar quase 10 minutos para a liberação de entrada. O fechadura eletrônica da unidade, desta vez, não apresentou problemas.

Ao entrar na unidade reservada, o quarto estava desarrumado e com lixo (orgânico) por retirar. Reclamei pelo whatsapp de atendimento e não me ofereceram solução rápida ou satisfatória (não havia unidades disponíveis e a única alternativa dada era deslocar-me para outro edifício distante de onde me encontrava. O atendimento informou que a equipe de limpeza não havia sido mobilizada para aquela unidade e não havia ninguém disponível e ainda recomendaram que eu me conformasse com o quarto desarrumado (roupas de cama e banho utilizadas) porque apenas no dia seguinte uma equipe iria arrumar a unidade, em troca ofereceram-me o estorno da taxa de limpeza (menos de 10% do total das diárias). Uma equipe, contudo, chegou por volta das 19h informando-me que estava atrasada em virtude do trânsito, muito gentil e atenciosa, mas não haviam sido contatadas pelo atendimento e tampouco o atendimento sabia dela. Acrescento, ainda, além do que relatei quanto à portaria digital, o wifi da unidade estava inacessível, prejudicando muito a minha atividade de trabalho remota. A equipe humana do edifício (portaria), entretanto, foi sempre muito gentil e atenciosa, apesar de apenas permanecerem em horário restrito. anexo fotos enviadas ao atendimento constatando o estado encontrado da unidade. Enfim, a 360suites, que já foi exemplar, está com severos problemas de gerenciamento.

Precisa de limpeza e reforma.

O quarto é equipado com cama, geladeira, fogão, microondas, televisão.

O cheiro do quarto era péssimo! Não sei se era produto de limpeza ou se era um perfume barato. O banheiro estava com o teto completamente mofado, com cheiro de mofo terrível. Na minha opinião, inutilizável!

Da portaria remota.Demora na liberação da entrada. Não permite o acesso de ninguém além dos hóspedes em caso de necessidade de carregar bagagens para pessoas idosas/ deficientes. Nso há bom senso. O piso externo da porta de entrada é irregular, podendo causar acidente. A demora causa

risco de segurança pessoal em uma cidade como São Paulo com altos índices de furtos e roubos. Não há interfone nos aptos.
