Great location

Spacious house with everything we needed for our week in Terrasson. Air-conditioning was turned on for our arrival, which was wonderful as we stayed during a heatwave. Great location to town and views from the sun terrace. Great communication with hosts and would happily stay again.

Bel emplacement - piètre gestion d’agence

Situé au cœur de la vielle ville, avec une terrasse agréable. Cuisine bien équipée.

- Il n’y avait pas les télécommandes des 2 Clim (celles ci étaient allumées à notre arrivée, et on a appris après que c’est l’agence qui gère la Clim à distance si besoin …) - Il n’y a pas de volet au 2eme étage et l’étage est sous les toits donc il y fait très chaud. - Il y avait une odeur de renfermé/d’humidité désagréable dans la salle de bain - La Poignée des toilettes du bas était cassée à notre arrivée (la poignée nous reste dans les mains) - Il n’y a réellement que 2 vraies chambres, pour les 2 autres : 1 est sur le palier du 2eme étage , et l’autre est au 1er étage et est dans le passage de la salle de bain. - Le gros du problème a été que nous n’avons pas trouvé les serviettes de toilettes !! Elles étaient finalement rangées dans un placard dans le couloir dans un sac poubelle, oui oui, un sac poubelle !! - On a utilisé le numéro d’urgence via sms, puis sans réponse nous avons finit par appeler et laisser un message sur le répondeur. Personne ne nous a rappelé, la réponse à nos questions nous a été envoyées sur booking. - En résumé, un logement géré par une agence médiocre où il faut aller à la pêche aux informations.
