The location was very nice (however, somewhat difficult to reach by foot with luggage). It was a quiet street, not too far from the Rocca as well as the city center.
The kitchen's equipment was a little underwhelming; it had only very dull knives, only few plates and cutlery, only one cutting board, only plastic glasses, etc. I'd say it was sparsely equipped. The communication with the hosts prior to arrival was somewhat difficult as well. They were incredibly hard to reach, no one answered me for a long time and only after multiple emails and messages on booking did I get through to someone. Though the day of our arrival, the hosts messaged me on whatsapp; from then on communication was much easier and they were quick to respond.

Super zentral inmitten des touristischen Altstadtviertels !
Etwas nachteilig ist : du parkst ca 10min Fussweg, dafür bewacht, und rollst mit Deinem Hackenporsche über jahrtausendaltes Kopfsteinpflaster zur Wohnung ( anfänglich extrem schwer zu finden)
nun denn…: part of the fun !!!

This property was great - whilst the interior is a little dated, it was nice to stay somewhere that felt a little more authentic Italian but could maybe do with a little refresh!! The apartment was huge and great to stay in for a few days to really feel at home. The balcony was our favourite part - so nice to have some outdoor space and stunning views! It was so peaceful and private despite being in a great central location, just a 2 min walk from the Main Street which was super convenient!! Would def recommend staying here.
Couldn’t fault the location once we’d arrived but if you have a car, it’s a bit of a fiddle getting all your luggage to the apartment and the nearest parking is a 10 min walk away (up hill and cobbled streets). There is no free parking in Cefalu but if you park at the station it’s 10€ a day (other places are 24€ a day!!). So bare this in mind.
