The room was huge, clean, and had plenty of storage. The bathroom was also very spacious and had the basic toiletries we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, which was very convenient, and having a washing/drying machine in the room was a big plus.
Overall, the room had good amenities and was comfortable. The pillows were fine, although the mattress was much too soft for my taste. Considering the size of the room and everything included, the price seemed fair.
The main downside was the area around the property. There were a lot of homeless people nearby, and we often saw people openly using drugs on the street, even during the day.
We never actually felt unsafe or like something was going to happen to us, but it was still pretty shocking and uncomfortable to see so much homelessness and drug use right outside the building. That definitely affected how we felt about the location and the overall value of the stay.

We loved that it was centrally located to what we wanted. We loved that it had a full kitchen.
The entryway smelled like urine and it was a little stale in the room, some reeds or air freshener would go along way.

Horrible area, very scary homeless people right out side building. We did not feel safe! Our view was of an ugly roof. The residents of the building let us know they did not like owners renting their unites out. When we arrived the apartment had a very bad odor!
