Good location near shops, easy access to pool but unluckily host didn't have access card.

1. No internet access (no WiFi modem,etc) 2. First check in, we facing the trouble, floor at living room and bedroom flooded with leaking water. 3. Even staff clean it up but I have to mopping the floor time to time to make sure the water under wooden floor keep dry. 4. Host refuses to give refund or change to their other unit. 5. Kitchenette is apply, but not complete. Dont have rice cooker. 6. No washing machine, no TV, air-conditioning look like they never service it. 7. No hot water shower. 8. Bathroom is smelly like an old toilet. 9. Don't have toiletries such as toilet paper, soap, and shampoo
