Lovely location with ample private parking, large property with spacious bedrooms, extremely comfortable beds and suitable storage provision and hanging in each room, combination of blinds and curtains also great for keeping rooms very dark during lighter summer nights. Although dated furniture in dining, living and conservatory rooms all was perfectly fit for purpose. Property clearly maintained well, clean and clear instructions provided within the information folder at property. Great garden space and patio area, unfortunately weather not compliant for outdoor eating for us but space perfect for it. Lovely sized kitchen with dishwasher and plenty of crockery, glasses, pans etc provided. Washing machine in utility perfect and hanging racks found in garage. Everything needed was here with handily accessible (200 metres away) Spar shop for anything you have forgotten.
Dated furniture - settees, coffee tables, fire surround, dining table but all perfectly clean & functional. Only one shower at property, within main bathroom - although plenty of toilets with two further toilets in main house and one outside bathroom with toilet & basin (accessible from garden).

Great location. Great amenities and facilities in the house. Very spacious and comfortable. The perfect accommodation for a group of travelling golfers.
