It is an amazing one bedroom apartment, new or newly renovated. Located in a quiet zone of Porto Vecchio but walking distance to the port and Old Town. There is also a dedicated parking spot on the premise. Auchan supermarket is just around the corner.
The apartment looks nicer than on photos. Each room has AC which I appreciate a lot:) Bedsheets and towels are included in the price (most are charging extra for that which is ridiculous).
The communication with the owner was great but the cleaning company left a bitter taste-towards the end of our stay I contacted them (they were the ones arranging keys etc) asking about end of the stay steps and was puzzled by their response that we are responsible to clean the whole apartment (vacuum, mop the floors, clear bathroom and kitchen). I checked on Booking.com and that was not correct. I felt they want to take advantage of me.
Also an advice for the owner-to provide basic supplies during the stay like trash bags, PT, TP, dish soap, bathroom essentials. This doesn’t cost a fortune but really makes a difference.

La situation géographique, proche des axes routiers, des commerces et du centre ville.
La gentillesse de la propriétaire au téléphone.
Le manque de propreté d’une partie du logement (service de conciergerie qui n’ai pas à la hauteur, qui demande de faire le ménage complet (sanitaire serpillière sur le sol etc..) malgré le règlement fait pour le ménage compris ). Aspirateur plein de poussière avec panier non vidée à nôtre arrivée. Poussière dans les placards. Nappe et sol de la terrasse taché de café non nettoyé etc..
Manque d’équipement de base dont voici la liste
-maniques
-Grand couteau
-Couteau à pain et planche à pain
-Pas un couteau digne de ce nom permettant de couper la charcuterie corse
-Pas de sopalin
-Pas d’éponge
-Pas de Torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle
-Lumière de l’entrée qui ne fonctionne pas
-Pas de prise anti moustique
-Pas d’allumette pour allumer le serpentin à la citronnelle mise à disposition (un allumage gaz est présent mais ne fonctionne pas
-Le réfrigérateur fonctionne mal et le froid obtenu est minimal
-Pas de cloche pour le micro-ondes
-Pas de fouet pour battre les œufs, pour faire un gâteau
-Pinces à linge cassées de mauvaise qualité
-Beaucoup de moustiques ce qui rend les repas sur la terrasse compliqués mais uniquement table de salon dans la pièce principale
