Good espresso machine and tiny kitchen area. You could hear the street noise until the wee hours, but it wasn’t really loud.
Sign on the wall said there would be tickets beside the TV for cappuccino and croissant at a nearby bar, but there wasn’t so the host said they were no longer able to provide them according to hosting rules, so I suggested he update the list of instructions. Windows in bedroom and bathroom need room darkening blinds or drapes. Drapery rods for patio doors need to be adjusted so they cover the doors better. Kitchen sink wouldn’t drain properly.

In pieno centro, abbastanza fresco al punto che ho acceso poco il condizionatore, host gentilissimi e a disposizione, tornerei tranquillamente e lo consiglio

Ottima posizione. In pieno centro storico ma al riparo dal passeggio e dalla confusione, quindi nottate piuttosto tranquille. Il valore aggiunto è la connessione Netflix, locale bagno ampio e completo, nonché balconcino "romantico". Host sempre disponibile.
Qualcuno potrebbe non gradire l' assenza di tapparelle alle finestre, che all' alba permette alla luce di illuminare la camera, ma a me non ha infastidito.

Let's start with the good
The room is nice , it is located in a great historical part of the city , it is as described and a lovely studio not an apartment.
Let's start with the attitude of the owner which is kind of aggressive from the start of the reservation and then star asking me to rate him 10 ...
The description is very misleading
He said free parking , THERE IS NO PARKING AVAILABLE AT THIS PROPERTY!
If people are driving they will look for a street parking and on weekends and in season will be impossible to find.
Then he advertised breakfast which was not a breakfast it is a croissant and coffee in a coffee shop located 300m away from the studio and while this is a very nice gesture, it is a breakfast at the property.
The owner is zero hospitality oriented.
