The owner was super friendly and helpful. The property generally was really clean and provided adequate necessities for 5-6 people family vacation. View’s good, restaurants located along the beach which is pretty close to where we stayed. Generally, I would give it a really good comment for our family stay.

Розташування нас влаштувало, біля моря з гарним видом. Проблем з паркуванням авто не було взагалі. Власниця реагувала на всі наші питання. Додаткових непорозумінь не було.
Інколи по дорозі з величезним шумом проїжджали мотоцикли. На період ярмарки дорогу заставляли автомобілями, тому було небезпечно переходити по узбіччю (тротуару немає).

-the terrace was very nice, quite big, and the furniture was modern
-the furniture all throughout the accommodation was modern
-the view was impeccable
-although the owner didn't know English, she was willing to help when we asked her to
-the TV from the living room had one line across the display, making the imagine not look very clean, especially for how big it was
-the owner told us that all the rooms have AC, but the truth was that there was AC only in the living room and one of the bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom was a small room, had two beds, and no AC, and for when we spent the holiday there (beginning of August), it got quite hot.
-the kitchen appliances were quite dirty, having grease on them
-the bathroom had no window, only a small ventilation system that was not doing much. It also had a very small trash can, and we were given no trash bags for it, and it was impossible to find some in the local stores
-the bathroom was quite small, and to due to the shower placement, whenever anyone was using it, it was impossible not to splash everything inside
-the wifi worked fine for most part, but it seemed like the owner, who had her room next door, was activating a Hotspot for it. The biggest disappointment that we had with it is that on the last night we spent there, she simply switched it off
-the accommodation had only one key, and whilst this would be not problem if it was meant to be occupied by only one person, giving that this was a small apartment and we were 4 people, it was difficult to use it considering some people had different schedules than others. It would've been better had we been given at least two keys.
