房东是个很热心的人，在入住前给我们很多非常贴心入住提示，和他沟通很顺畅，在房间里的对周围景点吃饭以及购物超市之类的指南也写得很详细。
房间的窗户和窗帘设置的非常美妙，特别是客厅和厨房，享受阳光的明亮炫目，又能挡住直射的热度。
反正自己做一个热爱旅游，从这个角度出发，给我们提供了很多便利：比如房间的厨房设备齐全干净，调味料丰富，餐具种类多样架子置物顺手；洗衣机有设置，消防设备装饰有趣，门口迎接的岩灯很温馨，卧室内设置的风扇非常实用。尤其值得一提的是系统窗户的密闭隔音效果，让我们在房间里面是听不到外面火车和飞机的声音（在街上能听到）。
最后还欣赏了一次朝霞～

Tutto PERFETTO.
Appartamento spazioso, curato e pulitissimo.
Due camere da letto e due bagni ci hanno garantito spazio e privacy; il balcone godibile con tavolino e sedie; la posizione molto comoda.
La comunicazione è stata impeccabile (e super gentile) dalla prenotazione fino al check out.
