Cleanliness, the interior decorations, and the location
The bathroom need to be cleaned more..but not worst. Just small stains can be seen.

The view and the location.
The beds on second room should have a bed frame and not just placing the mattress on the floor. Mattress too soft, got backache after sleeping for one night.
