Très déçu, le gros ménage de printemps a oublié de passer par là

Le logement est fonctionnel et il y a des appareils à raclette et une machine à laver, ça c’est bien. La literie du lit uniquement était confortable

On a du faire le ménage en arrivant mais sans aspirateur car il est sur batterie et nous n’avions pas le chargeur, l’appartement n’était pas propre, cheveux partout, douche sale et sans étagère pour poser les produits et elle ne se vide pas, l’eau stagne. Araignées mortes partout, vaisselle pas propre. Machine à laver très sale, notre linge sens encore moins bon à la sortie, on a même eu le droit à un slip Spiderman sale dans une panière. Moi qui ai un sommeil lourd, j’ai été réveillé tout le temps par les voitures qui passent, chambre très mal insonorisé et la deuxième fenêtre qui est dans la pièce principale donne sur la terrasse de quelqu’un d’autre donc on a pas ouvert les volets. La télévision n’a pas les chaînes normales donc TF1 est sur le numéro 107 et toutes les autres mélangés, compliqué à trouvé. Le jonc de mer ne doit pas être propre non plus, j’ai fait que d’éternuer dans la chambre. Le canapé est d’un inconfort incroyable, il est sale aussi mais bon plus étonnant à ce stade, les coussins sur les chaises sont tout tachés, il y a des chiffons sale dans la cuisine. Je pense que vous demandez à chacun de faire le ménage pour, d’après vous « facilitez le travail du service de ménage » mais soit il ne connaît pas votre adresse, soit il a malencontreusement oublié de passer avant nous. Et pour avoir les clefs nous n’avons reçu aucun code donc j’ai du appeler la conciergerie qui m’a parlé d’une caution à donner mais finalement pas besoin et qui m’a donné le code sans rien de plus. Vu les bons avis que vous aviez, vous pouvez comprendre notre mécontentement. Les avez vous payer ?

Très joli studio entièrement équipé, parfait pour un court séjour au Mont-Dore !

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le fait que l’appartement soit tout cosy et entièrement équipé ! Surtout que nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps, car il a malheureusement beaucoup plu pendant notre séjour. Bonne communication avec l’hôte !

La proximité avec la route, c’est très bruyant et la chambre est côté route, il était compliqué de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes comme nous aimons le faire.
