Really convenient location 3 min walk from metro. Near to center of city. Big apartment very modern, newly renovated and very cleN. Very friendly host.
The lift was a bit old.

Отличное расположение квартиры и гостеприимный хозяин, который встретил в аэропорту и привез в квартиру, все показал и рассказал. Очень комфортный матрас на кровати. В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания. Большой телевизор в гостиной, где удобно проводить вечера после прогулок по городу. Квартира чистая и уютная. Рядом с домом находятся магазины, кафе, фастфуд, сомса, кофе, банкоматы, в 5 мин станция метро, 2 магазина с напитками. Спасибо!
Все было отлично. Соответствует описанию и фото. В реальности квартира лучше, чем на фото.

хозяин очень отзывчивый человек! встретил возле подъезда, поднялись, ознакомил с объектом размещения! квартира большая и чистая с большой ванной комнатой и всеми удобствами, находится в тихом районе самом центре Ташкента, метро 2 минуты пешком, рядом много мест гастрономии, рядом с домом горячие лепешки и сомса, масса магазинов! путешествовали с супругой, все понравилось на +10, однозначно рекомендую, остановимся еще не один раз!

Location was really great and convenient to move around the city. There is subway right under the building and easy pick-up point for taxis. Furniture and interior still new and quite comfy. Clean and tidy.
There was a real lack of amenities as an extra coffee cup (there only 1 cup), utensils for long stay and wifi was really slow. Same time host didnt let us know there will be 5 days water disruption - no hot water in ethe ntire district. Can survive of cos but its really unpleasant as you have to boil water for shower in the pot or shower with ice cold water :(
