Just a few steps away from the promenade on the Müritz and a small bathing area, in a popular residential area, there are two holiday apartments for 6 and 4 people on a large residential property on the upper floor of a town villa and an adjoining outbuilding. The harbour and the old town of Waren with its many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The centrally heated non-smoking flat has a car park, a lockable bicycle storage room, a barbecue and free WiFi.

It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District and attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering establishments as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access approx. 25 km.
