On the edge of the old town of Waren (Müritz), in a central yet peaceful location just a few steps from Lake Müritz, this lovingly restored townhouse offers a total of three holiday flats, each accommodating up to three or five people. The harbour, with its jetties for boats and ships, the bathing beach, restaurants, shops and the Müritzeum Nature Discovery Centre are all within walking distance. All guests have access to a sunbathing area with sun loungers, secure bicycle storage (lockable, on the property), one parking space per flat (an additional one available for a fee) and free Wi-Fi on the premises. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, and water and energy consumption. (Please bring your own bed linen for babies.) To be paid on site: visitor’s tax, if applicable; second parking space: 5 EUR/day. In this property, one small dog with a height at the withers of up to 40 cm is permitted. Larger dogs are permitted only on request. The approximately 40 square metre, centrally heated flat, suitable for up to 3 adults and 1 baby, is equipped with a combined living/sleeping area (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio, dining area, 1 double bed, 1 single bed), a small, separate kitchen (dining area, electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, mini oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle) and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). From here, you have a direct view of Lake Müritz. The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is situated in charming surroundings right on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District.Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, the adjoining promenade and numerous restaurants and cafés, as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre featuring a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the Lake District. The town also boasts outdoor swimming pools, boat and bicycle hire, a surfing and sailing school, and plenty of shopping opportunities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be explored superbly via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service).
