Soggiorno nel complesso positivo. Lโappartamento รจ spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario, anche per soggiorni di piรน giorni. Molto comoda la posizione soprattutto se si arriva in macchina: รจ possibile parcheggiare in zona e raggiungere Ortigia con una passeggiata di circa 1 km, evitando cosรฌ di doversi spostare in auto verso il centro.
Lโappartamento si raggiunge tramite scale e non รจ presente lโascensore, aspetto da tenere in considerazione soprattutto con bagagli pesanti o per chi ha difficoltร motorie. La doccia, pur essendo funzionale, avrebbe invece bisogno di essere rimodernata.
