Central location. Clean. Parking nearby.
Difficult to get hot water in order to shave. Shower changed hot/cold while running.

Loved the rooms.very spacious and great shower
The sink in bathroom is not great and hard to shave. Tv kept wanting to update and wouldn't. The people in next room think was 16 very noisy and constantly in and out slamming doors hard to sleep with that.

Check in was online and smooth, we never met any hotel staff. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Derry. There are no keys, you only get a code.
There is parking nearby, but you have to pay for it (in GBP or EUR coins).
