Great location with easy access to public transport. Spacious and comfortable apartment. Great hassle-free keyless entry both to the house and the apartment.
The apartment could be cleaned better. For example, kitchen shelves were dusty and rims of glasses and cups felt sticky, so they had to be washed before use. Bathroom tiles looked dirty, especially around the bottom of the shower. Minor thing, but providing at least a shower gel would be a nice and inexpensive addition for guest convenience.

The apartment was spacious, clean and very nice and modern. The building it was in was old and charming with kind residents that greet you. AC in living room and bedroom and amazing water pressure in the shower.
Unfortunately I initially received information on how to find and enter the wrong apartment as there is also a Sophie 1 apartment. So, I ended up entering a messy apartment where other people were staying (which I believed to have been the apartment I rented) which was very unsettling. Luckily the host quickly figured out the miscommunication, solved the problem and offered me a free breakfast as a compensation for the trouble, which I appreciated.

Spacious, clean, comfortable. We stayed as a family of four with our two teenage children. They shared the sofabed., we expected it all to be a squeeze but it was perfect.

During the night there were some strange noises coming from the neighbour above as if they had been moving furniture around in the dead of the night. This was a bit freaky, and the one heater in the livingroom kept giving noises.
