Muy buena ubicación. Personal muy amable. Hotel lindo, con encanto. Todo muy limpio.
Los espacios en la habitación, particularmente el baño, eran un poco estrechos. El internet era estable solo en lugares específicos (de todos modos pude trabajar en esos lugares).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I overpaid by 10 thousand pesos,and the she kindly gave it back to me.
As someone said here, this is more a hostel and not a hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable, the room was also super small. I don’t think it should accommodate 3 people as advertised. The bed literally takes the whole room The tv did not work, which was not great for our kiddos, in general it felt so crammed. Noise wise, I felt it was not bad, but You can hear people in the kitchen at night. Also unfortunately we found some insects in the bathroom and pillow which kind of spooked us. So we could not really feel at ease.
This place is again a good place in a pinch like we were, or if you are looking for a no frills place, but I would not recommend if you have kids or if you are looking more a sophisticated or fancy experience.
I want to be clear, this is a good place for a last minute accommodation and if you are looking for a bed for a night, so if you are solo or budget traveler I think this place is perfect for you, but for us with two small kiddos really felt off. Thankfully it was only one night.
