We arrived on the early morning ferry from Korcula and asked the owner if we could leave our bags. She was kind enough to let us have the room then and to call a boat tour company for us to secure our spot for a tour that day.
The owner had also provided photographic instructions for how to find the unit which was extremely helpful.
The room was clean and tidy with a balcony to dry wet clothes. It also had a view of the water.
The air conditioning, hot water and wifi all worked well.
We walked to the fort which had a beautiful view of Hvar at sunset.
We would stay again if we return to Hvar.
The stairs from the ferry port to the unit but Hvar is a village of stairs (we stayed during the 40 plus degree heat waves in August).
*neither of these things are in the hands of the kind owner though.

The view was fantastic, having a balcony was a bonus.
The stairs to get to the property in the heat was a bit of a struggle with luggage

Chambre lumineuse avec un balcon vue sur mer comme mentionné, très propre avec tout le nécessaire de base inclus.
Vedrana a été vraiment accueillante et souriante, elle nous a expliqué le fonctionnement et les bons plans des alentours, très agréable.
Un petit peu petit pour placer les valises lorsqu'on vient à deux mais c'est vraiment pour trouver un défaut sinon tout était parfait.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del puerto y centro de Hvar, pero hay que subir muchas escaleras
Se tapa la bacha del baño y el agua caliente dura poco tiempo
