La parte esterna è bellissima, cucina, patio, giardino e posteggio doppio coperto!
Anche la casa all’interno è accogliente e pulita.
Purtroppo non è ad uso esclusivo, e l’abbiamo scoperto solo una volta lì.
C’è un altro appartamento “sul retro”, però l’ingresso è unico, quindi le persone passano attraverso il giardino.

Located in a quiet area, easily reachable by car, a guaranteed parking in the yard is surely a plus. There are several huge markets within walking distance as well as the city center can be easily reached on foot. The communication with the host went smooth, we got the keys from the lock-box. The apartment is spacious enough, the kitchen is equipped with most of the utensils needed to feel like home. The outdoor patio with the barbecue is surely a great plus, though we did not use it during our stay (the heatwave). All in all we've enjoyed our stay at Vila Jolanda.
An electric kettle would be beneficial, the one in the kitchen was broken at the time, but surely not a major complaint. Otherwise everything was alright.

La localisation est l'équipement est très bien.
Je crois que la personne responsable de la propreté a vraiment oublié de nettoyer le sol.
