L' appartamento in sé è molto carino, dotato dello spazio e dei comfort (condizionatori e TV in ogni camera, doccia spaziosa, forno e macchinetta del caffè in cucina) per un piacevole soggiorno per due persone.
Il problema è il palazzo in cui si trova l' appartamento. È veramente spaventoso arrivare e trovarsi l'edificio che sembra cadere a pezzi, senza un portone d'ingresso, quindi con l' entrata accessibile a chiunque. Le scale sono buie, sporche, gradini e porte degli altri appartamenti non integri, pareti piene di murales. Sulle scale affacciano quelle che dovevano essere delle ampie finestre, peccato senza vetri e finestre. L' appartamento si trova al terzo piano e dopo 3 rampe di paura si può tirare un sospiro di sollievo perché per accedervi un cancelletto automatico che da un minimo di sicurezza e senso di protezione prima di arrivare alla camera.

Within walking distance to metro and good restaurants. It's definitely in a working-class neighborhood. The apt was very good and very clean.
The entrance was hard to find. Even the taxi driver struggled with it. There was no sign on the building entrance. The apt was up several flights of stairs. I'm not really sure what to say about the neighborhood. It's a little unnerving after dark, but nothing happened. There are lots of motorcycles whizzing thru the streets below. There was quite a discussion about the city tax for the apt when we checked out. The Booking invoice clearly showed it being collected from us, and the apt manager was not paid. It was only 38€. We paid it. Someone from "The Company" called us about it. I felt like there was an attempt to intimidate us, but I'm not sure. Could have been a cultural thing but it felt like it..it's has a 5.0 rating on this property from Booking. We would not give it a 5.0.
