Undisclosed charges, dirty on arrival, deposit conditioned on cleaning we were never told about

The pools and the natural setting are genuinely good, and having a restaurant and shop on site is convenient.

Charges that appear nowhere in the listing. Bed linen was €20 per set and towels €15 per person, revealed only at check-in. Nothing on the property page indicates that units are supplied without linen or towels, or that these carry a fee. Deposit conditions we were told about only at checkout. €280 is taken by card on arrival. The listing says it is refunded subject to an inspection of the property. What we were actually told at departure is that we had to fully clean the unit ourselves and book an inspection appointment with staff the day before leaving. Neither requirement appears in the listing, or anything said to us at check-in. The unit was dirty on arrival. The floor was not clean enough to walk on barefoot. There was debris on the shelves and what appeared to be rodent droppings in the bedroom. Photos attached. Condition of the accommodation. Terrace chairs were broken and gave way when sat on. Plates were chipped and cracked. No kettle. The advertised coffee machine had no filter and was unusable. Hot water comes from a gas heater we could not regulate — the shower was either scalding or cold, with nothing usable in between. Spacing. Mobile homes are packed so tightly that windows face the neighbouring unit within arm's reach. Inside, the gap between beds and walls is a few centimetres. Pool. Loungers are claimed at dawn with towels and left empty for hours with no staff intervention, so at peak times there is nowhere to sit despite most loungers being unoccupied. Reception. When we raised the charges and the deposit, we were told it was not their problem and that we could pay immediately or leave the site. No explanation, no alternative offered.
