Good size apartment with all the facilities you could want. Well located to both central Hobart and restaurants along Sandy Bay road.
There is no parking despite what they say on their profile. You park on the street which is limited by having to have a residents permit during the day. Night time and weekends are ok. Property is old and is quite draughty. Road noise from Sandy Bay Rd can be quite loud at peak hours.

Very handy location, close to Salamanca and central city. Spacious inside.
Parking may be tricky during weekdays.

Wonderful location, beautiful home
Communication with staff was terrible. There were also little things that would have made the stay more comfortable..

Features of the house. Cosy and comfortable retreat. Garden. It's proximity to Hobart's centre.
Cleanliness could improve. Shower cubicle needs a good brush as does vanity sink. Maybe vacuuming in corners? How about a small cupboard for clothes in each bedroom?
