It’s a quiet location, central to my workplace and close to some of Hobarts best dining

The deers head, the various art work, the functional kitchen, the outdoor set up, the overall layout of property that suits a fisherman such as myself. You should be commended , for it is the best b&b I have stayed at

Perfect house to stay as a group or family. Close to town, but felt like a home. Great cafes and pubs nearby

Great location close to everything but still felt ‘local’. Beds were comfy. Host was responsive

Not much really. Could have done with a full set of placemats and some hanging space in all rooms. Dryer was a bit tricky. But these are tiny compared to the positives and not enough to be a problem

Double bad upstairs squeaks and is very uncomfortable. No heating upstairs so very cold in winter. Only one bathroom.
