Location is great! 2-3 min walk to the river and very close to the City center also and Schindler's factory is also close. Restaurants, grocery stores are nearby. Big apartment, spacious, parking lot included, easy check-in.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, mattress is old and would need to be replaced - the sofa is much more comfortable than the bad. Shower head working poorly, hard to use. The location and apartment would be a 10/10 if the owner would take care of these things. A good sleep and shower are part of the essential things :) so for me this brings down my evaluation score

Very good, central location, with access by walk or public transport everywhere. Another bonus was a free parking behind the house. Apartment was spacious and well equipped for a short stay.
I was sent wrong code to a lockbox and was unable to retrieve keys upon arrival. I then called to host and they gave me correct code. There was a washing machine, but nowhere to hang your laundry.

Labai gera vieta ir patogi lokacija. Uždara parkingo aikštelė suteikė saugumo jausmą, o dėl geros vietos visur buvo galima greitai nuvažiuoti ir atvykti be jokių problemų. Taip pat labai patiko, kad buvo aiškiai paaiškinta, kur ir kaip pastatyti automobilį, kaip rasti raktus ir kur yra mūsų apartamentai. Pats interjeras taip pat malonus ir jaukus, todėl viešnagė buvo tikrai patogi.
Aprašyme buvo nurodyta, kad yra skalbimo mašina, tačiau jos apartamentuose nebuvo. Taip pat nebuvo gyvatuko, trūko indų maisto gamybai. Kambaryje buvo labai karšta, o lango atidaryti praktiškai nebuvo galima, nes į vidų patekdavo daug uodų, be to, už lango buvo gana triukšminga. Pati lova taip pat skleisdavo daug garso net ir šiek tiek pajudėjus. Labiausiai nepatiko švaros trūkumas – nešvarios grindys, indai ir sofa.
